Introduction

About Me

Hi I'm Shanelle!
I am a Business Coach that specialized in process improvement, women's leadership training, and workforce communication. My firm is SC Coaching , LLC and we provides services that help women entrepreneurs and leaders profit from their passion.

MY BACKGROUND
I worked in the nonprofit arena for over 15 years. Most of my years were spent working for the American Institute of Architects Virginia chapter (AIA Virginia). In my 10+ years with AIA Virginia I streamlined the association data, created a membership orientation program, strengthened alliances with five local components, and retained over 90% of their members. I earned a reputation as one of the most detailed, thoughtful and patient liaisons in the architectural community.

In 2010, I founded Empowering Her Events, an events production company that hosted interactive events to empower women to find their voice, communicate their worth, and reach their goals. While there, I produced Build Your Business, a quarterly workshop series that helped women entrepreneurs build business in a down economy. Empowering Her Events became a subsidiary of SC Coaching, LLC in May 2016.
