About Me

I served as a VP for American Express and Time Inc. running manufacturing, fulfillment, operations and technology divisions including web site start ups and security. My company was born in 2008 helping other companies develop high performing staffs with skills training and process analysis/improvement. I also spent two years running a Sandler Training franchise to teach sales and sales management. Today I serve a variety of clients with a focus on leadership development, profit improvement and reducing top management ogeda.

The opportunity to make a difference not just in a business' bottom line but in their lives.

What questions do clients most commonly ask you? How do you respond?

How do I....and then the list is pretty long...Most times it is about find a plan and a process to unlock what the individual or business really needs rather than what they first think they might need so I ask, "Are you okay if you find out what you need is really something different than what you first thought?"

Describe a recent client engagement or project.

Currently training Mastering Time Management in a custom 4 step process and solution that my company has developed and that shows real results. Also, getting traction on coaching both sides of the Millenials and Boomers work perspective conflicts

Experience Knowing how to diagnose and solve the client's real problems, beyond the superficial Adaptable processes that work across different industries and personality traits

Are you comfortable listening to and committing actions even if you are hesitant, otherwise why spend your money

How are you different than others in your profession?

Process and personality driven solutions come from having 25 years as a corporate exec. and then having had a Sandler Sales Training business as well as my current practice, I have solved challenges in Fortune 500s, small businesses and for individuals on both the revenue (sales, profitability) and cost side (sourcing, HR, staff) and probably have broader industry knowledge than most

How do you typically handle disagreements with clients?

It is a rarity but I am always willing to say that if you don't trust my way, why are you paying me? If the client is insistent I will try and adapt but they will know that if I don't think what they are asking will work I won't take their money and will help them find someone who is comfortable in their way.

Describe your proudest professional accomplishment.

It was an honor to be a "Chairman's Award" winners for Time Warner after leading major process re-engineering but true pride has come when I have made difference in a business owner's or other professional's life (not just making more money, sometimes it's reducing the stress) because we've connected what they really want to happen in life/business with a plan and a process and the support to get there and be told, "You've made a difference in my life."

At CMA, a consultancy that provided small and mid size businesses a "Growth Opportunity Analysis" and connection to teams of certified advisers to link the opportunity to a strategy; from CPAs to Technology to Marketing or wherever needs pointed, I created the analytic tools for investigating opportunities and designed and administered the discovery and reporting process conducted with CEOs or top company executives. Our team analyzed the 360 degree "business audit" to unearth revenue and cost saving potential. Incubated in the Marist College Entrepreneurial Program.
