You may not want to indulge in coffee and cake all the time, but there may be someone in your life who does. Don’t begrudge them that opportunity. Not only will you feel fantastic, but the chances are you will make a great friend in the process. This can have a hugely beneficial effect on morale in the workplace. You will actually want to come to work. And if everyone follows your lead you’re going to have a team that really cares for each other.
