AmoCRM is a unique, intuitive CRM system for small business professionals looking for simple, solid support. This CRM has a modern look and feel, mirroring the style of some social media websites. If you’re looking for a CRM system that doesn’t feel stuck in the past, AmoCRM has the usability and interface of a modern system. Usability is not sacrificed in its aesthetic appeal: It’s a powerful CRM with a great pipeline, good automation, and integrations with other programs like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. While AmoCRM is a great small business tool, we did experience some slowdowns with the software during our testing.

AmoCRM has three tiers available for small business: Base, Advanced and Enterprise. The Base plan is $15 per user per month when billed annually. If you’re interested in monthly payment plans, you’ll have to speak directly with the company. The Base plan includes 12,500 contacts, 2,500 open leads, 200MB of file storage and 50 free business card scans.
The Advanced plan is $25 per user per month. In our testing, we determined that this plan is the most applicable to small businesses. It’s pricier than some comparable CRM plans we reviewed, but AmoCRM’s Advanced plan is packed with features. It offers 25,000 contacts and 5,000 open leads. It also offers advanced protection and security features, as well as additional lead management features like an automated digital pipeline.
The Enterprise plan is $45 per user per month. It offers 50,000 contacts, 10,000 open leads and 400 customer fields. It has a few more features than the Advanced plan, but we still recommend the Advanced plan as the ideal plan for small business.
AmoCRM offers some standout features for its users, and it’s one of the few CRMs that any business owner with any level of CRM experience can quickly pick up. Some other solutions are complicated and overbearing, making it difficult for users to figure the software out even when there are online training materials.
- Reliable pipeline: In the Advanced plan, you can set up an automated digital pipeline. This will fully automate your lead nurture and follow-up sequences. This means that emails and text messages will automatically go out to new leads. You can quickly view tasks for sales reps, which are also automatically created and updated as a lead moves through your sales journey.
- Integrations: AmoCRM integrates directly with programs like Outlook and Google Calendar. This means your sales representatives can use several tools when working with leads and potential clients. In addition to syncing with Outlook and Gmail, AmoCRM integrates with Zapier, Facebook, Zendesk, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Instagram, WeChat, Skype, Mailchimp, Google Analytics and RingCentral.
- Intuitive design: One of AmoCRM’s best features is its sleek design. It offers an intuitive interface that’s ideal for all business owners. AmoCRM also offers a library of how-tos and other resources on using this business solution. If you run into an issue, you can do a quick search in the knowledgebase to learn the proper steps to get through your roadblock.
The only limitation we ran into with AmoCRM is that most businesses will have to use the Advanced plan – the Base subscription doesn’t support the right number of contacts and or include crucial features like the automated digital pipeline. It’s also important to note that AmoCRM’s click-to-call function is through a third party. Some CRM solutions have built-in click-to-call features.
