ReadyRefresh offers six Nestle products to all its customers: Nestle Pure Life, purified drinking water; Nestle Splash, naturally fruit-flavored water; Sanpellegrino, sparkling fruit beverages; Perrier, sparkling mineral water; Acqua Panna, still natural mineral water; and S.Pellegrino, sparkling natural mineral water. It delivers these products to homes and offices and has separate plans for small businesses, defined as having fewer than 50 employees, and big businesses.
Depending on your location, you also have a regional spring water option, such as Poland Spring in New York and othere New England states. However, ReadyRefresh doesn't deliver nationwide yet; it currently serves about half the continental U.S.
To order bottled water delivery from ReadyRefresh, you simply register on its website and build your subscription by selecting from the bottled water and beverages on offer. You can also add dispensers and other accessories to your order and specify the frequency of delivery. It allows you to choose weekly or monthly billing cycles and even place a one-time order. The single order lets you try out its services before signing up for a subscription.
The delivery program even lets you change when and where you want your water delivered. In addition to rescheduling deliveries, you can change the contents of your orders, add more deliveries, and skip or suspend deliveries at any time. However, you have to reschedule or change your order at least 30 days before the delivery date. Changing orders inside of a monthly billing period incurs additional charges. If you want to receive water at more than one address, such as at your business's other locations, you'll need to set up additional accounts, as each account can only serve one address.
ReadyRefresh uses 3- and 5-gallon water bottles. These bottles are recyclable and reusable. In fact, Nestle sanitizes them and reuses them frequently. However, in certain locations, it charges a standard bottle deposit and then credits you back for returned bottles.
You can add as many water dispensers as you want to your order. Alternatively, you can use Nestle's bottles with the dispenser you already have. ReadyRefresh offers a number of dispensers, including multi-temperature ones that produce instant cold and hot water.
While ReadyRefresh tries to keep cost down by reusing bottles, not everyone likes getting water in reused bottles. Although the company promises that such bottles are cleaned, reused bottles can raise the chance of getting contaminated water.
