Daily Expenses can help you manage business transactions and income through a handy mobile app that you can save to your phone or mobile device. This means you can enter receipt and transaction information into the program, which it safeguards until you use it for reimbursements, filing taxes or invoicing clients. Of the expense trackers we reviewed, this is one of the easiest to use, with an interface that is well laid out and simple to navigate through.
Despite being user friendly, Daily Expenses is missing many of the features included in the best business expense trackers. It doesn't support photo receipts, nor does it have fields for tracking miles. It does provide separate fields for tracking bank and credit card transactions, so you can monitor these. But unlike top-rated solutions, you have to manually enter in data rather than having these transactions automatically tracked and recorded in your Daily Expenses app.
Daily Expenses lets you save data into XLS and CSV files. This means you can easily export information to Excel or to accounting solutions, such as QuickBooks and ADP. You can also email receipt and expense information from the app or save it to your Dropbox and Google Drive accounts. You cannot, however, directly import information. All entries must be manually recorded.
Though Daily Expenses doesn't include advanced expense tracking tools, it does have some powerful budgeting features like the ability to create projections so you can see when a debt will be paid off or when you can expect a payout from a particular project. It also has calculators and a cash-flow report.
Daily Expenses doesn't have many support options available. You have access to an email address to reach out for some assistance and a FAQs section to references. There is a digital copy of a user manual available on the Gastos Diarios website. This app is so easy and intuitive to use; you may find that you can manage your expenses without any help or support.
Daily Expense is one of the easiest-to-use expense tracker apps we reviewed. It includes good budgeting tools for tracking cash flow and projecting expenses and income for your business. It also has a few expense tracking tools, though the most important functions, such as photo receipts and mile tracking, are missing.
