Dropshipper.com is a dropship company with multiple options to help you sell products online. This dropship service offers more than three million products and works with 500 suppliers, easily the most of any of the services we reviewed.

The Verdict

Dropshipper.com lacks responsive customer support and backend management tools, but it can process orders for you.

Your options for managing your inventory vary depending on the dropship plan you purchase. None of the plans let you directly export products to your own website. There is a plan to help you sell on eBay but nothing to support you selling through Amazon. Dropshipper.com can build a website for you if you don't have one, but it lacks features for customers that already have their own website, something other dropshippers we reviewed offered.

There are two membership plans to choose from: a directory plan or a website plan. With the directory plan, you are given access to Dropshipper.com's list of suppliers. This allows you to contact the suppliers yourself and make deals with them. If you choose the website plan, Dropshipper.com processes orders from you. Since this service doesn't combine suppliers, shipping speeds vary depending on which suppliers you eventually work with.

The membership fees you pay for using Dropshipper.com vary, again, depending on which plan you choose. The directory plan requires a one-time fee, but if you want the auction or website plan, you pay an upfront fee and ongoing monthly membership fees. You can also choose an all-in-one membership that combines all the plans. This service also charges one of the highest dropship fees of the services we reviewed. There is no free trial.

We rated Dropshipper.com poorly on the quality of its customer service. The live chat feature is infrequently active, and even then, representatives were not able to answer our questions. We were never able to reach customer service over the phone. Dropshipper.com does offer good resources to help the novice dropshipper. You can find tutorials and eBooks through its Dropship University.

Though this wholesale dropshipper offers several fulfillment options, none of them have all the necessary features we look for in a dropship service. Dropshipper.com also lacks the quality customer support we looked for in a quality service.
