It may take you a little longer to get acclimated to its editor, but it's still easy to use. When we used it, it took us about 20 minutes to create a professional-looking email.
There are hitches with GetResponse. First, while this drag-and-drop email creator is easy to use, it's not as simple as tools from other email marketing platforms we evaluated. It was slow to load and make changes, which can be frustrating when you want to create and send out emails quickly. Also, if you have a spam score above a certain number, you can't send emails, and it's not always clear why your number is high.
The second concern occurred when we sent our email to Gmail accounts, which for many of our recipients landed in the Spam folder. Third, while GetResponse offers affordable plans for businesses and a 30-day trial, it doesn't have a free version.
