Nimble is a CRM solution that provides great tools to small businesses. It has a great at-a-glance style where small business owners can view all aspects of their sales process quickly and efficiently. It offers some great tools on one convenient plan. Most CRM companies offer at least three service plans. By offering one main plan, Nimble CRM proves that it's a company focused on providing simple, useful solutions to its customers.

The Verdict

Nimble is a good option for small businesses, but it lacks some of the big features of our best pics.

Pricing

Nimble offers its users one plan priced at $19 per user, per month billed annually. (If you pay month to month, you'll pay $25 per user, per month.) The plan comes with features like email templates, group messages, unified message inboxes, pipeline management tools, an all-encompassing dashboard, and open API access. The simplicity of Nimble's offering is refreshing compared to other CRM systems we analyzed, which can sometimes charge up to $70 per user, per month for similar capabilities.

Features

Nimble is a powerful CRM solution that comes with some ideal features for small business. It's one of the few tools we looked at that integrates with social media accounts, it offers a two-way syncing calendar and builds info on customers into smart summaries.

  • Smart summaries. Nimble is among the few solutions we reviewed that pulls in contact information from social media. These smart summaries can serve as at-a-glance tools to re-establish customer relationships and provide personalized sales attention.
  • Easy search. All of the fields in Nimble's CRM system are easily searchable and reportable. This makes finding info on clients easy, and it also means you can build reports on the metrics that matter most to your business. (In fact, this is the type of built-in feature that separates Nimble from some of the other solutions we reviewed.)
  • Customer service. Nimble provided an outstanding customer experience during our interactions with the company. They answered our questions quickly and even provided extra resources for us to extend our learning. With many CRM companies, it's difficult to get a customer service representative on the phone. However, with Nimble, we had no issues. Our overall customer service experience with Nimble was excellent.

Limitations

Nimble is a great service for small businesses, but it does come with some limitations. First, it doesn't measure up to some of our best picks. There are some aspects to the user experience that are lacking. For example, during our time using the system, we noticed a lot of popups within the system. The system also has the tendency to get cluttered, and it can be overly complicated to use. However, Nimble is still a solid CRM system with a refreshing approach to the industry. With just one plan and a host of features, it's ideal for business owners who don't have a ton of experience using a CRM system.
