Salesfusion provides a full-service digital marketing offering, specializing in email marketing. It offers SEO marketing tools, social media marketing and some basic design features. The strength in this company, however, is its focus on email marketing and contact management. Salesfusion offers personalized features and dedicated account managers to help you build out your services. It's upfront about its pricing, too, which isn't always the case with internet marketing companies. Many services do not disclose pricing so they can build a plan specific to your business, so it's nice that with Salesfusion you can view an estimate online. This allows you to compare different services quickly and easily.



The Verdict

While Salesfusion doesn't help with website design or link building, it offers strong email and social media marketing tools.

Salesfusion offers most of the features we looked for in digital marketing services, and it has a helpful training process to help you learn the platform. Its social media marketing tools work with major platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. While it doesn't offer website design and link building, it has strong email marketing tools and analytics.  It has a solid online reputation. While it's not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, it has an A+ rating. There are also no customer reviews on its profile, but we did find positive reviews on other review websites.

Salesfusion Pricing and Plans

Not all of the services we evaluated list pricing on their website, but Salesfusion does. You can view pricing by clicking and dragging a slider to the number of contacts you'll need for its email marketing services. Its services for 10,000 contacts start at $1,000 per month. This level of transparency gives you an immediate idea of whether you can afford this company's services or not. Its most expensive offering, which is for 100,000 contacts per month, is $2,370. If your operation requires services for more than 100,000 contacts, you'll have to contact Salesfusion.

Beneath the pricing information, Salesfusion lists its features. This price point, for example, also includes services like social media management, A/B testing and Google Analytics integration. You can set up a long-term deal with Salesfusion, should you decide to commit to its services. If you're looking for a shorter commitment, you'll have to work with Salesfusion representatives on a deal that works for you.

If you partner with Salesfusion, a dedicated account manager works with you to help you build out the specific services for your needs. Salesfusion also offers CRM integrations, an unlimited number of users, and free unlimited phone and chat support – features not matched by all of its competitors.


Salesfusion offers a wide range of services, including

  • Search engine optimization (SEO): Salesfusion doesn't have a direct SEO service, but it provides tools to optimize your website. It offers an SEO audit tool and URL configuration, for example. It also integrates with analytics providers like Google Analytics, so you'll receive insights into your website's performance. It's not clear whether Salesfusion provides keyword research, link building, content strategy or other SEO tools.

  • Email marketing: Email marketing is an area where Salesfusion thrives. It provides A/B testing, trigger emails, surveys, advanced list segmentation, an email campaign design builder and unlimited email campaigns. Salesfusion's email marketing offering focuses on building and nurturing leads through email campaigns.

  • Social tools: Salesfusion provides social media management through a partnership with Oktopost. You can manage your business's LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts, and monitor mentions and keywords in social communities. It also has a built-in analytics system to track your progress on social media.

  • Web design: Salesfusion provides a drag-and-drop email builder so you can design campaigns for your business. You can also build landing pages to link to your emails.

  • Reporting features: Salesfusion offers interactive dashboards, custom reports and data-driven marketing tools. Like many of the internet marketing companies we reviewed, it provides extensive reports and analytics on your online performance.

Pros and Cons

There are several positives to using Salesfusion for your online marketing needs. One big plus is that it is transparent on its website about what it offers and charges. You can find pricing information, details on features and information on the best aspects of its services.

In addition, its software has a robust email marketing offering, and its partnership with Oktopost means your social media marketing needs are covered.  We were also impressed with its reporting tools. It has some of the most advanced data analytics and tracking dashboards of all the internet marketing companies we evaluated.

One downside to Salesfusion is that it doesn't prioritize SEO tools in the same way that other digital marketing companies do.

Customer Support

Salesfusion provides phone, email and live chat support to its customers. We interacted with Salesfusion via live chat, posing as small business owners to test its customer service and learn more about its features. The sales representatives at Salesfusion were very helpful in providing us with more details about their services, and they didn't push for a sale or too much information about our business.

One of Salesfusion's strengths is its personalized onboarding process. For an onboarding fee, you'll receive a personalized consultation to help you decide what digital marketing tools you need. The consultation also includes training.
