Salesfusion is a solid internet marketing solution. It offers most of the features we looked for in the best digital marketing services, and it has a helpful training process to help you learn the platform. Its social media marketing tools work with major platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. While it doesn't offer website design and link building, it has strong email marketing tools and analytics.  It has a solid online reputation, scoring an A+ with the Better Business Bureau, though it's not accredited by the company. There are also no customer reviews on its profile, but we did find positive reviews on other customer-focused review websites.

Pricing and Plans

Salesfusion lists its pricing directly on its website. You can view pricing by clicking and dragging a slider to the number of contacts you'll need for its email marketing services. Its services for 5,000 contacts start at $700 per month. Salesfusion lists all its features directly below its pricing information. This price point, for example, also includes services like social media management, A/B testing and Google Analytics integration. You can set up a long-term deal with Salesfusion, should you decide to commit to its services. If you're looking for a shorter commitment, you'll have to work with Salesfusion representatives on a deal that works for you.

If you partner with Salesfusion, you'll receive dedicated account managers to help you build out Salesfusion's services for your needs. Salesfusion also offers CRM integrations, an unlimited number of users, and free unlimited phone and chat support – features not matched by all of its competitors.

  • SEO: Salesfusion doesn't have a direct SEO service, but it does provide tools to optimize your website. It offers an SEO audit tool and URL configuration, for example. It also integrates with analytics providers like Google Analytics, so you'll be able to receive insights into your website's performance. It's not clear whether Salesfusion provides keyword research, link building, content strategy or other SEO tools.
  • Email Marketing:Email marketing is an area where Salesfusion thrives. It provides A/B testing, trigger emails, surveys, advanced list segmentation, an email campaign design builder and unlimited email campaigns. Salesfusion's email marketing offering focuses on building and nurturing leads through email campaigns.
  • Social Tools: Salesfusion provides social media management through a partnership with Oktopost. You can manage your business's LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts, and monitor mentions and keywords in social communities. It also has a built-in analytics system to track your progress on social media.
  • Web Design: Salesfusion provides a drag-and-drop email builder so you can design campaigns for your business. You can also build landing pages to link to your emails.
  • Reporting Features: Salesfusion offers interactive dashboards, custom reports and data-driven marketing tools. Like many of the internet marketing companies we reviewed, it provides extensive reports and analytics on your online performance.

Support and Customer Service

Salesfusion provides phone, email and live chat support to its customers. We interacted with Salesfusion via live chat, posing as small business owners to test its customer service and learn more about its features. The sales representatives at Salesfusion were very helpful in providing us with more details about their services, and they didn't push for a sale or too much information about our business.

One of Salesfusion's strengths is its personalized onboarding process. For an onboarding fee, you'll receive a personalized consultation to help you decide what digital marketing tools you need. The consultation also includes training.
