Text marketing campaigns get far greater engagement from customers than email marketing campaigns do. You get straight to the point because the number of characters allowed in a text is limited. Texting feels more direct and personal. It also has an immediacy about it: According to EZ Texting’s Consumer Texting Behavior Report, 98 percent of all text messages are opened by recipients. The best text message marketing platforms make the process simple and can integrate easily with the rest of your marketing programs. To determine the top text message marketing systems, we looked at ease of use, cost, features and integration options. Read our reviews below to learn what each service has to offer and see which is right for your business.

Why you should trust us

At business.com, we strive to provide top-tier recommendations for the best business software and tools based on in-depth research and firsthand experience. Our independent evaluations are vetted by an editor who wasn’t involved in the assessment process to ensure fairness and accuracy.

In determining the best text message marketing services, we looked for platforms that were easy to navigate, featured customer segmentation tools, allowed automated messaging and integrated with leading business phone systems and email marketing solutions. We considered each vendor’s messaging rates and plan options, compliance with legal regulations and customer support. Learn more about our methodology and editorial process:

Our Reviews

Textline logo
  • Textline is a secure solution that meets HIPAA compliance standards, making it useful for businesses in the healthcare space or other highly regulated environments.
  • Marketing automation tools make crafting text message marketing campaigns easy.
  • Most competitors include unlimited inbound texting in their plans ― Textline charges for every individual inbound message you send.
Editor's Rating: 9/10
Visit Site

Textline is our best pick for larger businesses because it has the advanced features needed to address multiple audiences at scale. Tools like group messaging and mass surveys make it easy to engage with audiences you can segment for more successful campaigns. The clever automation tools are customizable and help you get the most out of text message marketing.

Textline has three pricing plans that start at a somewhat higher rate than many of the other text message marketing services we reviewed. However, the value you get for the money is clear, especially if you’re managing a large audience.

Textline offers an intuitive, user-friendly experience, helping streamline the demanding task of crafting multiple text message marketing campaigns for a variety of client groups. Unlike most other platforms, however, there are no inclusive messages within any of their subscription packages. No matter your service plan, you pay separately for inbound and outbound SMS and MMS messages.

Big businesses handle more data and that’s a real point of separation for Textline. Its HIPAA compliance makes it a bolt-on solution for healthcare businesses while its wider security features like CCPA and GDPR compliance provide comfort to enterprise-level companies, especially those handling confidential and personal data.

  • The platform lets you easily build segmented lists and send target campaigns to customers.
  • The addition of basic online review management by SMS is valuable for today’s businesses.
  • Does not have the robust set of features some competitors offer.

Textedly offers one of the lowest per-text prices of the major text messaging platforms on the market, but don’t mistake cheap for substandard. On Textedly’s cheapest service plan, the equivalent price per text (including the subscription fee) is 1.7 cents. Other plans offer great value to like 10,000 texts for $249 a month. If you pay annually, you get 20 percent more texts per month.

Textedly new messages

Composing new messages and choosing who to send them to is easy with Textedly Source: Textedly

With Textedly, you can easily build lists, have two-way conversations with clients, run bulk campaigns and link up to dozens of popular apps like Salesforce. We appreciate how well Textedly handles the ability to communicate with customers one-on-one over more than text messaging ― you can also have conversations via Facebook, WhatsApp and the website chatbot. It’s also one of the few platforms that allow you to text customers directly from your Instagram business profile.

New to the platform is a clever text-based system for managing Google, Yelp and other online reviews. For hyperlocal businesses where reviews are critical, using this tool could help you boost visibility and sales.

We love that the company’s resources section gives you 65 templates to choose from ― far more than most competitors offer. Textedly does charge extra for text personalization, drip campaigns and automatic replies, but the actual charges are low and one-off.

  • The artificial intelligence (AI)-powered EZ Texting platform is easy to use, great for business owners not trained in information technology (IT) or other tech.
  • The service has a well-stocked template library and the help section offers lots of useful hints and tips for different industry sectors.
  • If you’re not familiar with Zapier, you might need to pay a developer to integrate EZ Texting with most other platforms.

EZ Texting is an exceptionally intuitive text messaging platform full of useful tools. We like that nontechnical business owners and those with little or no marketing experience should have little trouble using the software.

An aspect of EZ Texting that we particularly like is its vast array of industry-specific content to give you ideas for your marketing campaigns. Additionally, there is an excellent template library to get you started, and we like how the generative AI tool is integrated directly into the messaging apps within EZ Texting.

EZ Texting is partnered with Shutterstock, giving you access to 20 million royalty-free images that you can use for MMS business messages. There is also an intuitive Canva-like feature built in to help you create branded announcements, invitations and promotions.

The platform’s three main service plans range from $25 to $125 per month and each includes 500 outgoing texts. There is a fourth Enterprise plan at $3,000 a month, which includes 200,000 outgoing texts. You have to pay for every additional message over the limit but the pricing is very competitive. EZ Texting is not the cheapest but it does offer excellent functionality that’s easy to use, which may make the extra cost worth it for many company owners.

SlickText logo
  • SlickText offers one-on-one guidance from a customer success rep right from the start on subscriptions costing $139 a month or more.
  • All plans offer free inbound texts, unlimited contacts and MMS picture messaging.
  • There are some useful integrations with Shopify, Constant Contact and HubSpot but the vast majority of integrations rely on user knowledge of Zapier.

What makes the easy-to-use, feature-packed SlickText stand out from the crowd is its very customer-centered onboarding approach. When you sign up for any of its paid plans over $139 a month, you get a free onboarding session with a member of SlickText’s client success team. For service plans under that amount, there is a small fee for onboarding support.

After onboarding, client success agents are available to help you optimize the platform further and develop a text message marketing strategy. We also appreciate the large knowledge base on SlickText’s website and its clearly written instructions on topics ranging from getting started to creating surveys.

SlickText drip campaigns

The no-code automation tool on the site makes it easy to build a more personalized texting experience for subscribers. We like the custom integration with Shopify, HubSpot and various email marketing platforms, and you can connect SlickText to over 1,100 other apps and software platforms via Zapier.

SlickText’s service plans range from $29 per month for 500 texts to $1,250 per month for 50,000 and unused texts roll over to the following month. Although not the cheapest, its pricing is competitive, especially given the number of features it includes ― and its free mobile app allows you to do almost everything you can do on the central dashboard while on the move.

  • ProTexting makes it easy to send individual and group messages and respond to customer replies.
  • The contact management system is impressive, allowing you to segment subscribers to make your campaigns more targeted.
  • It doesn’t offer as large a selection of templates as other services do and the ones it does offer aren’t fully integrated with the messaging sections of the platform.
Editor's Rating: 8.4/10

ProTexting is a popular choice for businesses, charities and schools that want to communicate individually and en masse with customers, donors, students and parents.

The platform offers a great set of features you can use to build up and segment your subscribers quickly and effectively. Use tools like the “Text Me” button so customers can subscribe directly from your website. ProTexting can also segment customers automatically by location, ZIP code and more as well as by keyword. For deeper personalization, add custom fields (like “VIP” for high-spending customers) to segment clients using whatever criteria you choose for even more precise campaign targeting.

Beyond that, there’s a lot more to love about this platform. You can send individual or group text messages to your subscribers immediately or at a scheduled time and date you set from your desktop or the mobile app. ProTexting also offers holiday and after-hours SMS auto-replies so customers are attended to even if you’re closed.

The integration with Shopify is great for abandoned shopping carts. We appreciate its HubSpot integration too, especially for sending videos and photos by SMS.

There is a learning curve when you first use the platform, however, ProTexting offers great customer service, especially over the phone, so the help is there when you need it. There are seven service plans ranging from $49 to $1,119 per month, and you can take advantage of a free trial if you want to test out the features for yourself first.

  • Thryv offers a seamless, user-friendly platform for SMS, communications, management and marketing all in one.
  • The platform is built around the needs of health and wellness businesses, home services companies and legal firms.
  • As a whole, the service plans represent good value, but if you’re just after SMS marketing, there are more capable, less-expensive options available.
Editor's Rating: 9.2/10

Thryv is an excellent tool for building a text message subscriber list that you can then use to promote your services to consumers and businesses in the local community. However, Thryv offers much more.

The company’s Command Center is a free-to-use communication hub that provides a centralized platform for all communication between SMBs and their customers. Texts, emails, phone calls and videos are consolidated into a single conversation for each customer, making it a very capable light CRM.

The built-in and programmable appointment reminder service, which is often missing or too difficult to use on other SMS platforms is excellent on Thryv. We particularly like how clients can log on and book their own appointments.

You can perform many other business tasks with Thryv, such as managing your social media and Google Business Profile, which includes building citations. It offers merchant services ― allowing you to accept credit and debit card payments ― and online video marketing services.

Taking all of its features together, Thryv is a great option for companies that want to run their customer communications, marketing campaigns and management functions from the same platform.

  • SimpleTexting is intuitive, with a wide range of useful features and excellent campaign and performance analytics.
  • The AI Assist tool is great at crafting engaging sales copy companies can use on their SMS campaigns.
  • Some of the instructions in the extensive help documentation are difficult to understand and follow.
Editor's Rating: 8.8/10

We chose SimpleTexting as the best platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) because of its competitive pricing and its wide range of customizable and easy-to-use features and tools that help smaller firms make the most of text marketing.

With over 100 curated templates, users can customize messages, as well as templates for frequently sent messages, quickly and easily. Alternatively, you can use the smart SMS Template Generator to create templates unique to your company.

We liked the Inbox on the platform. You can use it to send bespoke messages to multiple recipients and engage in two-way texting conversations with people who reach out to you. This centralization makes following up inquiries easy and should lead to increased conversion rates.

The analytics are in-depth, but we found them to be easy for a new user to understand. Launching campaigns, adding custom fields to your subscriber lists and segmenting clients for better-targeted marketing campaigns are all simple processes.

SimpleTexting analytics

Although not as in-depth as on other platforms, small businesses can use the analytics on SimpleTexting to determine which campaigns worked best. Source: SimpleTexting

Through Zapier, SimpleTexting can connect to thousands of software programs, including the best customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and top email marketing software. We also really appreciate how the programming team will build custom integrations for a low fee – this is unique among the services we reviewed.

SimpleTexting provides a range of competitively priced service plans, ranging from $29 per month for 500 texts to $909 per month for 50,000 texts.  A custom Enterprise plan is available if you need more than 50,000 texts a month.

  • Podium features a comprehensive set of tools and templates to grow your subscriber base and monetize it through marketing.
  • The “Inbox” feature for managing leads from all sources and having one-on-one conversations with clients is excellent.
  • Many of the platform’s most useful AI features are not available on the starter plan and MMS is not available at all on the platform.
Editor's Rating: 8.4/10

Podium is an all-in-one text message marketing and online review management system that starts at $399 a month. It’s a particular favorite for businesses that serve their local communities from restaurants and plumbers to car dealerships and retailers because of its array of features, such as its centralized multichannel communications platform, video chat and credit and debit card processing. [Related article: What is a merchant account?]

We like how easy Podium makes text message marketing. Choose the list of subscribers you want to get in touch with, create a message for them either yourself or with the help of AI and press “send.” Podium also has templates built into the messaging feature that you can use if you prefer. You can make the platform’s inbox a central location for all your text, phone, email, Facebook, Instagram and webchat conversations.

The platform is great for automating workflows too. It includes a portfolio of prebuilt automation templates for tasks like review referrals and website retargeting that can be adapted to your specific business needs. We were impressed with Podium’s marketplace, which has over 200 apps to add further functionality to the platform.

In addition to its text message capabilities, Podium can be used to gather online reviews for your business. You can reach out to someone who has left a Google review to thank them directly and ask them to join your mailing list. Podium integrates with most major review platforms.

Twilio logo
  • Twilio has the lowest per-message rates we found from any provider.
  • The platform is ideal for companies looking to fully integrate a complex communication system within their existing business software.
  • Online customer reviews raise concerns about Twilio’s customer support.
Editor's Rating: 8.7/10

Twilio is the most developer-friendly text messaging platform we found in our research. It’s the type of platform that fast-scaling businesses will appreciate because it offers all the tools needed to integrate the messaging platform with your company’s software ecosystem.

AI is smartly used on the platform for client engagement. When deployed, we were impressed with how it gives you a unique understanding of your customers, which can be used to deliver deeper personalization in marketing campaigns and two-way interactions.

Another great feature is Unified Profiles, which streamlines data collection for businesses by gathering customer information from multiple sources in one place. It consolidates engagement information like customer preferences, past interactions and behaviors to help businesses offer more personalized experiences.

The range of reporting and analytics at the team and agent level is impressive too. Whether customers get in touch via text or another channel, you can keep track of a wide range of metrics from customer retention rates and first contact resolution rates to the number of waiting and active tasks overall and by department and agent.

Twilio API documentation

Twilio’s pricing is by far the most competitive we’ve seen. This is a pay-as-you-go service, with SMS texts costing less than a penny each (79 cents to be exact) to send and receive (MMS messages cost 2 cents outbound and 1 cent inbound). The platform is best for companies that want to get big fast (or are already big) and need a reliable text messaging component to plug directly into the software used to run the company and automate its workflows. TextMarks, formerly a general-purpose business-to-business text messaging provider, has transformed itself to become a provider of specialized time-sensitive, on-demand SMS communication solutions to transit agencies. The three key benefits of their service to end users — people catching buses, light rail and streetcars — are real-time transit updates, no need to download a specific smartphone app and up-to-the-minute information during disruptions.

For passengers, getting the information they need is straightforward. They send a text message that contains a specific keyword and their bus stop number. Almost immediately, they get back real-time information on upcoming arrival times to the stop. The service is free to end users.

If you’re considering this for your agency or company, you’ll first need to integrate your server with the TextMarks system. When a rider sends a text, the system performs a search on your server for the information. To keep schedules up to date, you can program in updates to schedules or route changes. We like how TextMarks offers client libraries for .NET, Java, PHP and Python to speed up and simplify integration.

Prices for the system start at $199 a month plus text messaging charges.

Pricing

Prices for text message marketing services vary by provider. Some charge per text but most charge by the month, with this fee covering a certain number of texts and keywords for campaigns, depending on the plan you select. Free plans are available, but they are extremely limited in what you can do with them.

Adding more users, keywords, numbers and features may incur one-time or monthly charges, depending on the provider. Try to make a list of exactly what you want to do with text marketing and ask providers to quote you for that.

If you’re interested specifically in pricing per outbound marketing SMS text message sent in bulk as opposed to one-on-one conversation text costs, here’s how the services listed above break down:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ngMRNFtnydaqGsulMYufoAzgLLF6W_s-qMbiaurBBVk/edit?usp=sharing (second tab at bottom of spreadsheet) (methodology used in compilation explained on spreadsheet tab)

The rates shown are the cheapest rates for the volumes of texts in the table based on current tariffs and bolt-ons. The rate includes not only the cost of the text but also the monthly tariff fee and any other charges.

Bottom LineBottom line
The cheapest SMS marketing plan we saw, from Textedly, costs $24 per month and includes 1,200 monthly texts, paid upfront annually. The most expensive plan we found is from EZ Texting at $3,000 a month and includes 200,000 messages.

Pros and Cons of Text Message Marketing

There are many benefits of using text message marketing as well as some potential drawbacks. The direct, personal nature of text messaging is a double-edged sword in that it provides an excellent opportunity to speak directly with your customers, but some customers may find marketing texts annoying or invasive, particularly if you text them at inconvenient times or too often. Regulations for Text Message Marketing

Be sure to follow text message marketing laws and best practices. Pay attention to your provider’s own guidelines and recommended use policies in addition to the applicable laws.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

The TCPA is overseen by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. It outlines the laws you must abide by when collecting contacts and sending text messages. Not everything in the TCPA applies to text message marketing, but you should review the regulations specific to texting to ensure that you comply.

One TCPA requirement is that you get permission from each contact before you send text messages to them. Another is that you only send texts between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. (in the recipient’s time zone, not yours).

Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) and Mobile Marketing Association (MMA)

The CTIA and MMA guide companies on the appropriate use of text message marketing to consumers. Although these guidelines are not laws, they are considered best practices. Here are some of them:

  • Don’t use the term “free” unless what you’re offering is truly free to the end user.
  • Advertising materials should include the program name, a description of the products and quantity (if applicable), a link to the terms and conditions, instructions on how the individual can stop receiving messages and a note that message and data rates may apply. Alternatively, you can provide all of this information when the customer texts HELP.
  • Get the consumer’s opt-in approval before sending messages to them.
  • Provide an easy mechanism to unsubscribe.
  • Maintain opt-in and opt-out records for at least six months.
  • Avoid advocating the use of tobacco, alcohol or other drugs in your message.
  • You may need to require age verification for some marketing campaigns.

Campaign Registry

In recent years, consumers have been plagued by spam text messages. Often, a rogue operator would purchase a local number and send unsolicited and unwanted marketing messages to consumers before disappearing. This would lead to messaging platforms like those we’ve reviewed being shut down temporarily to investigate what happened.

The Campaign Registry was established by the major cellular network operators including Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T. Their goal was to stop spam text messages so that, as a channel of communication, it would retain and strengthen the trust of consumers.

Now, before any company can send out a text message marketing campaign via a 10-digit-long code (10DLC), they must be on the Campaign Registry.

To apply, you must first provide information about your company, including its brand name, type of business, address, website address, company size and contact details. You also need to share why you want to use texting, the type of content you want to send out, including sample messages, and how you’ll manage opting in and out.

Once registered, you’ll get higher deliverability on your text campaigns and be able to send more messages. There is a fee of $15 a month to stay on the service and all phone numbers from which campaigns are sent out must be on the Registry.

Your text message marketing platform provider will normally assist you in this process.

FYIDid you know
You can be fined $500 to $1,500 for every illegal text message you send. All the services we reviewed have active programs to help you stay on the right side of the regulations.

Advantages of Text Message Marketing

The prime benefit of text message marketing is, of course, the chance to communicate directly with customers, but it has various other key benefits.

High Open Rate

SMS marketing has a much higher open rate than email marketing. This means most recipients will see your messages. If you include a link to your website in your text, this can also lead to conversions.

Cost-effective Marketing Method

Text messaging is a low-cost way to market your business. The number of texts included in monthly plans is often quite generous and above what most companies need. A few pay-as-you-go options are available too.

Ability to Be Where the Customer Is

Customers now expect you to be available in-store, online, on social media, on messaging apps and by text. Nearly all Americans carry a cell phone that they check multiple times a day. This ensures you can reach them, whether they are in front of a computer or not.

Part of a Multichannel Marketing Strategy

Text messaging doesn’t need to be your entire marketing effort ― it works well in conjunction with other types of marketing. For instance, you can include links to your social media profiles in your text messages or offer a discount code for recipients to use on your website.

Text Message Marketing Features

Text message marketing services should do much more than send texts. They should help you find your target audiences, engage with them and track how they interact with your messages.

Consider the features below, deciding which ones will be of high value to your business. Then, compare the providers you select to quote you for how well they will deliver what you need:

  • Analytics and reports: You can improve your future campaign performance when your texting platform tracks responses and other metrics, showing you what went well and what didn’t with your current and past campaigns.
  • AI: Many platforms now feature generative AI to help you compose marketing campaigns and formulate automatic replies to customer queries. This can save marketing and customer service teams a lot of time.
  • Automation: The best text message marketing companies offer automation tools, which are helpful if you want to send the same text message regularly, such as recurring reminders.
  • Contact management: If your contact list is full of old numbers, customers won’t receive your messages and your campaigns won’t succeed. The best text message marketing solutions make it easy to add contacts, import existing lists and scrub lists to ensure they only include active numbers.
  • Customization: You can make your campaigns more successful by personalizing each text message to its recipient. Look for providers that allow you to target your messages based on data like a customer’s full name, birthday and ZIP code.
  • Drip campaigns: Drip campaigns are automated customer journeys with actions triggered by conditions you set. For example, a welcome text goes out when a customer subscribes and they receive a thank-you message when they make their first purchase.
  • Free incoming text messages: It’s important to show customers that you’re open to a dialogue and allow them to respond to your messages. Most services don’t charge you when a customer texts you back.
  • Integrations: Most text message platforms can integrate with other software, such as email marketing tools like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, allowing you to sync data and functions seamlessly.
  • Message templates: Templates for your most common message types can save you a lot of time. Look for a provider with templates you can use as inspiration for your campaigns. It should also allow you to create your own templates and keep them at your fingertips.
  • Multimedia messaging: MMS messages allow you to send pictures, videos and audio clips as well as up to 1,600 characters of text. Not all providers offer MMS messages so check with each vendor before joining a service.
  • Mobile keywords: Your provider should allow you to choose multiple keywords (based on your plan) to reflect different tastes and preferences among your customers. A new subscriber will choose the keyword that best reflects the products and services they want to receive messages about.
  • Scheduling: Many platforms allow you to schedule text messages in advance to your target audiences. It’s best practice to plan campaigns weeks ahead and scheduling allows you to set up these future campaigns and make sure they go out to customers at the optimal times.
  • Surveys: The best services make it easy to gather customer feedback with polls and surveys. Learn how to use SMS polling for your business.
  • Text-to-landline: This feature lets you send and receive text messages through your business landline phone number with no changes to your voice service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Text message marketing is an effective, quick and easy way to reach customers. A very high proportion of text messages are read within three minutes of being received. Unlike with emails, nearly every person you send a text will see it. Personalized text marketing messages are particularly effective as they make customers feel seen and appreciated.

Businesses should use text message marketing to distribute offers and incentives to their audiences, which drives new sales. You can also use them to provide business updates (like changes in your store hours) or invite customers to an event on your premises.

Text message marketing is important because it gives you a clear, dedicated line of communication with your customers. It’s a direct channel where you can keep up levels of engagement, increase customer satisfaction and build your brand reputation.

Text message marketing can show new customers that your business is committed to customer support and a personalized customer experience. This can enhance your credibility and build customer loyalty.

For better customer retention, keep your subscribers in the loop about deals, opportunities and news from your business. Use these texts to keep your brand front of mind for loyal customers and incentivize them to keep buying from you.

If you want to send marketing text messages to customers, you must obtain express written consent for each number on your marketing list. According to the TCPA, the terms of consent must be “clear and conspicuous.” In other words, a recipient must understand exactly what they are agreeing to when they provide their phone number. The most common way to get consent is by asking a consumer to provide their phone number on an online or paper form that includes the required terms.

Consumers open around 98% of texts they receive on their phones, proving the effectiveness of text message marketing. For comparison, the average email open rate is around 22.5 percent. While email marketing still generates great returns, there is a strong argument ― particularly for business-to-consumer companies ― to shift some expenditure over to text message marketing and see if it gets a higher response rate for your business.

Most text marketing platforms will show you the number of messages you’ve sent, the number of messages delivered (if a recipient’s carrier supports that function) and the number of bounces (failed deliveries due to network issues or a number no longer being in service). You can also include links with tracking codes in your texts to track how many subscribers visit a webpage as a result of your message.

What to Expect in 2024 and Beyond

Text message is thriving and has not been eclipsed by private messaging apps like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. That’s because anyone with a smartphone or feature phone can send and receive text messages and it doesn’t require third-party apps.

While much attention has been paid to the sales and marketing uses of text message platforms, analysts expect the rise in popularity of functional texting like appointment reminders and two-factor authentication to increase thanks to the number of integrations that exist with CRM platforms and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Functional text messaging is very popular with:

  • Couriers and delivery firms to inform people and businesses when a package is due to arrive, meaning fewer unsuccessful deliveries.
  • Service businesses and healthcare businesses reduce wasted time by getting confirmation by text that a client will be available for a prebooked appointment.
  • Accounting software that companies use to chase up overdue payments and send out estimates.

Expect CRM and ERP providers as well as text messaging platforms to continue building integrations to take advantage of the demand for text messaging alerts and notifications.

AI, mentioned earlier in this article, will play an important role in the future of text message marketing. When linked to a CRM whose AI can examine and predict individual purchasing patterns and product preferences, retailers and ecommerce stores will be able to push one-time, highly personalized offers for high-value stock and surplus stock to reduce turnaround times and increase revenues.

According to SimpleTexting, one of the leading platforms we reviewed in this piece, marketers are choosing texting because of its popularity with Gen Z and its higher customer engagement, open rates and clickthrough rates in comparison to other marketing channels. Gen Z will soon be the most important economic demographic, indicating that SMS marketing will continue to grow in the coming years.

Predictions from economic experts back up the optimism in the sector. The market is expected to grow by 10.9 percent per year up until 2032, creating a global market worth in excess of $100 billion per annum.
