When we spoke with G&A sales representatives, they explained that this isn't a hard requirement but rather a reflection of the cost benefits of working with G&A.

G&A Partners is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. It earned an A+ rating with the private rating industry, and it's also accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation. We interacted with G&A sales representatives by email and phone. We set up a hypothetical small business to inquire about the company and what it provides. G&A offered personal customer service tailored to our business. The sales representatives were excellent – some of the best of any company we reviewed. They gave us all the necessary information about the services and an understanding of what our business would need from a PEO. They also gave us advice for our PEO search and didn't push us for a sale. Instead, they were cordial and supportive of our inquiry.

G&A continues to provide personalized support throughout your relationship with the company. You'll have a single client advocate who coordinates your business's services; this person can answer many basic questions related to your service and push more complicated issues to a team of specialists for the coverage area in question.

Another detail that separates G&A from some of the other companies we reviewed is that it's constantly analyzing its own customer service. G&A uses Net Promoter Scores to track your satisfaction with its services as well as its employees' performance. This extra step ensures that its services are on par with its promises.

Limitations

One drawback to this company is the lack of mobile options. We could not find any options to manage your HR tasks on the go. This would be a valuable tool for companies spread out between several locations, or for those whose HR personnel is constantly on the move.

Another mobile feature that would enhance this service would be options for employees to access their pay and benefits information. Quick access to this information could save time for HR personnel who are constantly answering questions.
