  • Extra-cost accessories: We like that the Smart Terminal comes with a power adapter and docking station to connect accessories like wireless printers and cash drawers. However, you’ll need to purchase these add-ons separately. 
  • Limited hardware trials: GoDaddy lets you try its Smart Terminals risk-free for 30 days with a money-back guarantee. While this isn’t the same as a full free POS software trial like Square offers (see our Square review), it does give you time to test the hardware and return it if it doesn’t meet your needs.
  • Cost structure: GoDaddy charges monthly or annual subscription fees and separate hardware costs.
